Refund Policy

This policy covers the Horror Pack, a one-time $3.99 digital unlock for Would You Make It?, sold by Tracy Tenney. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and processes all refunds.

Are refunds available?

As the Merchant of Record, Paddle's general rule is that unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may grant a refund at its discretion on a case-by-case basis — a request made within 14 days of purchase does not guarantee a refund.

The Horror Pack is digital content delivered and fully accessible immediately after purchase. Under Paddle's Refund Policy, such items may be non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

EU/EEA/UK withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content, this right generally does not apply once you begin downloading, streaming, or otherwise using the content, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right. Any such consent is captured during Paddle's checkout. In some countries, mandatory consumer rights may apply regardless — those rights control, and nothing in this policy overrides them.

Billing problems

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or bought the Horror Pack but cannot access it and we cannot fix the problem, contact us or Paddle. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and inability to access purchased content are addressed under Paddle's Refund Policy, including a refund where required or appropriate.

• email support@wouldyoumakeit.com with your receipt or order number.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
